1. Description of Service

TCXFLOW is a client portal platform that allows professionals ("Users") to create and share visual journey roadmaps with their clients ("End Users"). The Service is developed using the Base44 platform and uses Stripe for subscription management.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings. Upon deletion, your access to the Service and any data associated with your account may be permanently removed.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Subscription fees are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will typically continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated during the checkout process.

4. User Responsibilities & Conduct

As a Professional using TCXFLOW, you agree:

• Data Accuracy: To ensure the information you input regarding client journeys (names, emails, addresses) is accurate.
• Client Consent: That you have obtained the necessary consent from your clients to input their name and email address into TCXFLOW for the purpose of providing them access to their journey roadmap.
• Prohibited Use: You will not use the Service for any illegal activities, to upload malicious code, or to store highly sensitive data (such as social security numbers or financial records) that the platform is not designed to host.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Property: TCXFLOW, its logo, and its original content (excluding user-provided data) are the exclusive property of NNALI Consulting and its licensors.
• Your Property: You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service. By using TCXFLOW, you grant us a limited license to host and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clients.

6. Third-Party Services

TCXFLOW is built using Base44. Your use of TCXFLOW is subject to the technical limitations and uptime of the Base44 infrastructure. We are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by third-party providers (Base44, Stripe, etc.).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NNALI Consulting and TCXFLOW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

TCXFLOW is a visualization and communication tool only. We do not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. The accuracy of the milestones and "coaching tips" provided within a journey is the responsibility of the professional managing that journey.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
